You can cancel up to 8 days before your arrival date, but it must be done before 9:00 pm. Reservations are non-refundable within 7 days of your arrival, and a full amount authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
Smoking:
The property is 100% non-smoking, with fines of up to $500 for smoking on the property or beach. Please ask the front desk for designated smoking areas.
Parking:
Only one parking spot per room, no exceptions.
Pets:
No pets are allowed, only registered service animals.
Visitors:
You are allowed a maximum of two visitors in your room at a time.
Sales:
All sales are final, and there are no refunds.
Check-in:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Office hours:
The office is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. For late check-in after office hours, find your keys in the lounge area, and if you need non-emergency assistance, a $25 fee will be added to your reservation.
